The Learning & Development department is seeking a talented L&D professional to join our team. As part of the L&D team, the our new hire will act as a liaison between our individual offices leads, HR partners and business function leads and be responsible for the design, development, and delivery of L&D strategic initiatives for our offices within North America.
The successful candidate will have a demonstrated track record as an L&D professional within a complex business model with proven accomplishments in developing and executing on strategic L&D initiatives. Given the diversity of the client group this position requires a leader who has the experience, energy, and discipline to drive change programs in a highly matrix environment. Please note this is a temporary position to start (working a full work week), with high potential to move into a full time position.
