Overview

The Recruitment Coordinator will assist the Neo@Ogilvy Talent Acquisition team with various tasks including interview scheduling, operations and reporting. The Recruitment Coordinator must be energetic, personable, extremely organized, and have the ability to keep calm under pressure. Recruiting Coordinators are responsible for building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates, acting as the point of contact in the scheduling of interviews, greeting of candidates, maintenance of ourApplicant Tracking System, and other ad-hoc projects as needed. This role is currently a temporary to permanent position. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Schedule candidate interviews (in-person, Skype, or over the phone) for various offices across the US
  • Coordinate with executives and their assistants to ensure a seamless interview experience for senior-level candidates
  • Act as a point person between candidates and interviewers
  • Greet candidates when they arrive, settle candidates in for interviews, and notify interviewers when candidates are ready
  • Keep recruiters informed on any feedback and next steps
  • Open and close requisitions within our Applicant Tracking System
  • Maintain Excel spreadsheets with up to date candidate data 
  • Assist in sourcing/research for any positions, as directed by recruiters
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team with administrative duties (scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, expenses)
  • Assist on any other ad-hoc projects within the Talent Acquisition department

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or similiar background preferred 
  • Interest in a career in Recruiting/Human Resources and/or have an interest in the advertising/marketing field
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Must be able to quickly gain employee trust and maintain an extraordinarily high level of confidentiality
  • MUST work well under pressure
  • Ability to speak comfortably with employees and candidates of all levels
  • Able to read situations quickly and facilitate cooperation
  • Advanced computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word
