Provide support to the US Chief Operating Officer and Global Finance Director for Neo@Ogilvy in the execution of overall accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting procedures, and management of the team, and overall client finance.


  • Manage a team comprised of controllership and client finance
  • Preparation of annual, quarterly and monthly budgets and forecasts
  • Provide strategic counsel and guidance to US Neo leadership and client account teams with respect to operational strategy and client profitability; approval of resources by client teams
  • Work with account teams to develop commercial proposals; develop staff plans, MSA’s and scopes of work accordingly
  • Initiate, review and negotiate client fees, billing rates and client agreements and contracts, with the account leads and US COO
  • Oversee all month-end close activities managed by the Assistant Controller, including but not limited to, account reconciliations, revenue recognition, P&L variation analysis (actual vs. budget) and balance sheet reviews
  • Recommend, implement and measure performance against benchmarks for the organizations’ financial and operating performance
  • Work with account teams to ensure all invoices are accurate and sent to clients on-time
  • Work with account teams to ensure collections of receivables
  • Maintain, review and improve internal control environments related to transactional processes
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, SOX compliance
  • Review and distribution of management reports at the month end close


  • Minimum of 8-10 years business experience
  • Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Experience with Sarbanes Oxley reporting required
  • SAP experience preferred
  • CPA preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills a must
  • Commitment to the requirements of quality, reliable financial reporting
