Overview

Global Delivery is a strategic new department for Ogilvy with the mission to transform the way we work to create a superior client experience through flawless execution. Our Global Chief Delivery Officer and Program Management leader are developing the delivery vision and management systems for our new ways of working, our studio eco-system and our technology capability.

 

As more than 22 Ogilvy offices will be restructuring in alignment with this new department, the CDO and PMO lead are looking to add a Global Delivery: Associate Manager to their team to help facilitate the global community, create content, administer the knowledge management tool and

lead special projects.

 

The Global Delivery: Associate Manager should be someone who has a demonstrated passion for creating content and communications and an appreciation for global cultural nuances. Strong project and time management skills required.

 

This person will have a structured development plan that will include training, mentorship and on the job experience managing successful projects in an agency environment – career pathing from this position includes account management, project management, learning and development and

content creation.

Responsibilities

The Global Delivery: Associate Manager will be expected to:

 

  • Develop content briefs and then work individually or with other team members to develop videos, posts, announcements and other communications
  • Manage special projects such as events and trainings – must be able to develop a task list, a schedule and lead the project to a successful on time, on budget and quality standard outcome
  • Facilitate the global community whether it’s organizing international calls, in person meetings or updating the global knowledge management tool
  • Provide administrative support such as scheduling international travel and coordinating meetings across many time zones. Administrative tasks will make up approximately 30% of the role’s responsibilities

  • This role will report into the Global Chief Delivery Officer and Worldwide Managing Director, Program Management.

Experience:

  • 0 years of work experience required – ability to demonstrate creative, time and project management skills from school coursework, internships, volunteer work, personal projects
