Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the recruiter will partner with Neo@Ogilvy business leaders to identify both passive and active candidates for roles within programmatic, paid search, analytics and digital media planning. Recruiters can expect to handle full-cycle recruiting including pipelining, screening, and market intelligence gathering. 


  • Source and screen candidates from multiple resources – LinkedIn, networking events, etc.
  • Build strong relationships with internal hiring managers
  • Maintain and update content of our applicant tracking system (iCims)
  • Extend offers, negotiate, and close candidates
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting processes for candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience


  • 1-3 years of hands-on recruiting experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment - digital media industry knowledge a plus!
  • Ability to juggle competing priorities and adapt to constant change
  • Proactive and able to work autonomously
  • Experience recruiting top tier talent using diverse and creative sourcing methods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong relationships
  • Able to articulate Neo@Ogilvy’s mission, vision, values, and culture
