The Data Strategist will lead development and execution of comprehensive data and measurement strategies across a range of digital products and platforms. The Data Strategist will work closely with clients to understand both business and user experience objectives in order to establish key performance indicators (KPIs), analytics tools and methodologies needed to evaluate success. This role will work closely with Product, Technology and Design teams to define tagging strategies, lead and validate analytics setup, and implement testing strategies as needed. The Data Strategist will also be responsible for ongoing data mining and analysis, as well as be expected to distill and present actionable insights based on data to inform design decision-making and communicate the effectiveness of design solutions. The Data Strategist will serve as the day-to-day measurement point for key clients in addition to playing a significant thought leadership role internally as Effective continues to evolve as an industry-leader in user experience (UX) measurement and data-driven design.
