As an Analyst. Data Intelligence you will provide marketing analysis to help solve complex business problems. Your key responsibilities will include: measurement and reporting, testing methodologies, segmentation strategy, and generating insights.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute campaign processes to create data outputs supporting personalized marketing campaigns
  • Develop and leverage deep understanding of the client’s customer data
  • Execute database marketing campaigns with accuracy while meeting deadlines
  • Support peers with code peer reviews and queries to audit campaigns and/or analysis and provide data to support marketing campaigns
  • Work with functional team to identify and address client analytical needs
  • Prepare project reports and analysis summarizing performance against campaign objectives to assist in overall evaluation of campaign success
  • Generate marketing insights and findings from customer data
  • Perform extensive customer profiling and data mining using analytical tools to extract valuable and actionable information to provide key business insights
  • Understand, collect and document selection criteria and business rules for marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Analyze, synthesize and visually present data for program and campaign analysis internally and to the clients

Qualifications

  •     Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Mathematics or other related field, and;
  •      Two or more years related experience in marketing analytics or operations, or;
  •    Master’s degree in related field plus one year relevant experience
  •   Proven experience working with large datasets and CRM data warehouses     Experience working with Base SAS (SAS EG), SQL, SAS CI a plus
  •    Advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite and reporting tools
  •     Experience developing and/or documenting project requirements, code and processes
  •     Superior analytical skills with emphasis on logical and practical solutions to problem solving
  •     Acumen on strategic database marketing, easily picks up new technology, analytical problem-solver, and creative/curious thinker
  •     Exceptional attention to detail, verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
  •     Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to function independently
