As an Associate Account Executive you will provide assistance and support to Account Executives and Account Supervisors within account management and client services, while gaining experience and proficiency to be promoted to Account Executive.


  • Project manager of sold program work by liaising with other team members in Account Services, Creative Services, Application Development, FED, QA and Data.
  • Coordinate site deployments and support client email deployments
  • Work with cross-functional teams to conduct marketing performance tests, measure impact and implement campaign performance enhancements
  • Assist Account Executives and Account Supervisors on large-scale campaigns
  • Work with client and internal teams on developing cost estimates, project briefs, schedules and revision forms


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
  • One or more years marketing experience preferred, agency environment a plus
  • Possesses a strong level of detail-orientation with a high degree of accuracy
  • Exercises good judgment in all situations and seeks guidance from Account Executive/Supervisors when outcomes are uncertain
  • Possesses a high level of stress tolerance/flexibility, and maintains a high energy level
  • Maintains excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to function within a team-oriented environment; must be an assertive participant
  • Demonstrates the ability to collaborate across all functional areas
  • Functions independently and is self-motivated
  • Presents excellent time management skills, as well as the ability to effectively establish priorities and manage multiple projects
  • Minimum intermediate level PC skills required; Microsoft Office products preferred
