    Ogilvy Public Relations is seeking an experienced communications professional to join our Technology Practice, with a focus on Analyst Relations as a Senior Account Executive in the San Francisco office. As a Senior Account Executive within the Technology Practice, you will join a very smart, talented and dynamic group of professionals working on a prestigious list of clients. Our ability to deliver successful campaigns, find creative solutions and exceed client expectations has earned us a reputation as a valued partner and industry leader.  


    A SAE meets all responsibilities and expectations of an account executive and: 


    • Accurately, efficiently, and independently manages projects for multiple small accounts or a project for a larger account 
    • Develops and manages projects/programs including implementation of plans  
    • Act as primary day-to-day client contact on projects; keeps teams informed of all updates and progress as well as identifies any emerging account problems 
    • Effectively plans and manages events (e.g., press conference, media tour, analyst meeting, etc.) 
    • Has built and applies specialized expertise in a particular function of practice area 
    • Develops accurate project budgets and monitors them effectively 
    • Oversees timely development and distribution of bills and activity reports 
    • Identifies and pursues opportunities for developing new business and provides leadership in organic growth of current clients 
    • Understands strengths/opportunities of junior team members; provides guidance and counseling 



    • 4+ years experience in PR communications, agency experience preferred 
    • Background experience and/or knowledge of B2B, enterprise technology, and/or consumer technology necessary
    • Experience within Analyst Relations is a plus  
    • Incredibly organized account manager 
    • Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns with budgets of $1M or higher (earned, owned and paid media) 
    • Effective at working with cross-functional and remote teams 
    • High energy, deadline driven, accountable 
    • Leadership skills to drive for results 
    • Proven experience successfully managing mid-size to large agency clients - both from a client service and a program execution perspective 
    • Strong financial acumen, able to manage large budgets and staffing projections 
    • Media relations, influencer engagement and online/social experience 
    • Strong strategic and creative thinking. 
    • Excellent interpersonal skills. 
    • BA/BS
