Ogilvy | FKH is seeking an experienced Recruiter to be based in Cambridge, working alongside talented and dedicated healthcare communications professionals. The team is comprised of communications team members from all levels who enjoy working together and sharing in their passion for work within the healthcare field. Reporting to the HR Manager, this person has responsibility for full life-cycle recruitment of both fulltime and freelance employees, through the identification of external passive (and active) candidates for roles across the agency, recruiting for roles from entry through senior levels within the firm. This individual will be expected to handle all aspects of recruiting including sourcing, recruitment, market intelligence gathering, write-ups, negotiating, etc.


  • Full life-cycle recruitment of both fulltime and freelance employees, from entry level to leadership roles
  • Strategically produces candidates via innovative recruiting strategies and social platforms. In particular, this individual must be comfortable with all aspects of recruiting with strong communication skills, both verbally and written, in order to properly engage candidates.
  • The individual will have access to a variety of tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, Glassdoor, iCIMs (mining internal search database) and outside resources; direct sourcing; networking; and attending industry events.
  • Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates. Proactively builds pipelines of diverse talent related to key business and hiring initiatives across the divisions, as well as for high turnover and hard to fill roles.
  • Monitors industry trends and new business initiatives in competitive industries, shares information with the team as appropriate
  • Maintains candidate data and workflow in applicant tracking system (iCIMs) on a real time basis; provides weekly updates and reports to Recruiting Director and Hiring Managers.
  • Builds effective and respected partnership with key agency partners including hiring managers, Group and Discipline Leads, HR Partners, Finance and PMO’s



  • Knowledge and experience of the Healthcare Communications field strongly preferred
  • 4+ years of experience in hiring/recruiting or Human Resources related role.
  • Knowledge of recruitment practices, the healthcare job market and research processes.
  • Experience recruiting within an integrated agency or similar environment is a plus.
  • Must be an expert in various sourcing techniques (i.e. internet search, cold calling, Boolean search, etc.). The more creative the better.
  • Excellent relationship management skills. Ability to interface with senior hiring leaders.
  • Knowledge of applicable employment laws and practices (i.e. OFCCP, AA, EEO).
  • A problem solver who can adapt to various situations and personalities.
  • Must be able to work in a team environment, with a sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize.
  • Strong project and process management skills.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, job boards, social media sites, etc.
  • Advanced computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
