The Senior HR Manager will be the principal source of HR support and strategy for people programs in Atlanta. You will lead at the table – in “right hand” partnership with the Managing Director of the office. You will work as the lead HR partner driving the office and shaping the business. We are looking for someone that is passionate about the HR craft and will identify individual, group and organizational development opportunities and improve overall effectiveness of the Atlanta office.
The role can be creative, autonomous and lead at a critical level. You will collaborate closely with other N.A. HR Business Partners and oversee a small team of office administration and IT support.
