    We currently have a great opportunity for an experienced Account Director to manage the day-to-day business of a major client in the hospitality industry.  In this role you’ll be leading a cross-functional team of discipline experts working to develop and ensure the effective implementation of integrated marketing campaigns for our client.  This position will be located in New York, NY.

    Responsibilities

    • Builds and grows senior-level client relationships by being their trusted advisor, providing marketing and execution strategy
    • Builds and grows relationships with the agency leadership team
    • Contributes to the professional growth and development of their direct reports by modeling best practices, and providing support with development planning and training
    • Understands the client/agency financial model and manages profitability on the work they lead
    • Supports the Account Supervisor in the delivery of business reviews to Senior Leadership
    • Partners with other functional areas to create new opportunities that drive revenue growth with both established and prospective clients

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor degree in related field such as marketing
    • Minimum 10 years multi-channel marketing experience, agency environment preferred
    • Previous supervisory experience
    • Demonstrated ability developing high-performers within Account Services
    • Demonstrated ability to motivate cross-functional teams throughout all project phases
    • Excellent negotiation skills, including the ability to manage multiple and conflicting needs to a mutually agreeable solution
    • Takes a positive approach to change and can quickly adapt when new business challenges are present
    • Shows confidence leading client presentations and cross-functional team meetings
    • Is able and willing to flex up or down on job responsibilities if account needs
    • Up to 20% travel as needed
