    Social.Lab is looking for a Social Strategy Director to develop and lead advanced paid social strategies for large a various portfolio of brands in an agency environment. The Social Strategy Director will be in charge of managing a team of experienced strategists but also growing business by showcasing great successful work and building trustful client relationship.

    • A hybrid thinker between distribution and content.
    • An intuitive story-teller who knows how to create content you'd want to spend time with and share.
    • An expert in drawing insights from social listening, identifying social opportunities, developing creative briefs.
    • Passionate about using audience insights and data to deliver the right content, at the right time, in the right place.
    • An expert in defining the role for each social platform, developing social segmentation, developing targeting and re-targeting.
    • Willing to move the needle and innovate in an advertising eco-system you understand.
    • Passionate about social media and new technologies.



    • Develop and oversee social campaign strategies from briefing to final reporting (including research, setting goals and KPIs, targeting and segmentation, customer journey, creative and content approach, creative brief, post formats, budgets and media pressure, metrics and tracking strategy, A/B testing, and reporting)
    • Identify and nurture new business opportunities within his existing client’s portfolio by building relationships and demonstrating the value of its team’s work.
    • Ensure strategic representation of Social within agency or departmental task forces, project work or new business as needed.
    • Manage and inspire a team of strategists providing ongoing guidance, support, mentorship, and training to ensure the team’s performance and overall career development.
    • Compose thoughtful POVs or contribute to agency thought leadership efforts on how to leverage social to help their clients in any domain.
    • Identify tools that will help the team develop new capabilities or reinforce existing areas of expertise.
    • Lead the agency and platform partners relationship. Build a common agenda to access exclusivities for the agency and their clients. Pushes initiatives, side projects, task forces, innovation and beta tests.
    • Report to the Managing Director of Social.Lab North America. Partners on business related matter and weigh in on company’s direction.



    • 7-9 years of experience in social/digital marketing, with proven examples of strategies developed for well-known brands in the social media space.
    • Has previously led and developed social only or social at the core projects
    • Experience managing a social strategy team in a social or digital agency.
    • Strategically strong. Understands the client’s business and is able to connect business challenges and social strategy/tactics.
    • Strong knowledge in paid social media
    • Ability to build strong relationships and work effectively, proactively and seamlessly amongst a large and complex integrated agency team.
    • Superior presentation, communication, organizational, and time management skills, with experience presenting to Senior and VP-level executives from Fortune 500 companies.
    • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to communicate complex strategic campaign concepts in streamlined, logical and well-designed decks.
    • Proven ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast paced and deadline driven environment.
    • Be able to foster an environment that encourages risk-taking, innovation and creativity.
