    Overview

    Responsibilities

     

    • Supporting account leads with daily client needs, scheduling, planning, account coordination, and logistics
    • Internal and client meeting coordination and the development of meeting minutes and activity reports
    • Handling media monitoring and assisting with other media activities, as needed
    • Providing support for background research to aid program development
    • Writing first drafts of communication materials, such as news releases, community profiles, fact sheets, presentations and other collateral materials, as needed
    • Providing planning and onsite logistical support for special events
    • Supporting business development activities, as needed

    Qualifications

     

    • Proven time management and organizational skills.
    • Excellent attention to detail, and ability to multi-task and meet aggressive deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Outstanding writing, presentation, and communication skills. Experience with writing and event planning is a plus.
    • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and media databases.
    • Collaborative – must be motivated by bringing others together to drive to a solution
