    This Supervisor will be dedicated to servicing the global media, and data needs of one of the world’s leading technology companies.  At our core, we are focused on building an agency model for the future that is centered around streamlined workflows and an Audience First approach with data and performance as our twin north stars; all while pursuing the goal of thinking big, driving fundamental change, fostering deep collaboration and most importantly: achieving results.
     
    As a Paid Social Supervisor, you'll will be responsible for the operational management of a client's paid social marketing initiatives, managing the less expert members of the team, and focusing increasingly on Paid Social strategy development for the dedicated account(s).

    Responsibilities

    • Paid Social campaign strategy implementation.
    • Understand client’s product and their marketing objectives and goals.
    • Define a campaign strategy and deliverable plans that meet or exceed client expectations.
    • Work closely with other internal departments to develop fully integrated social campaigns.
    • Attend client and agency meetings to present deliverables, campaign strategies and tactics.
    • Monitor, track and evaluate campaign performance analytics, based on critical  client metrics.
    • Deliver client reports, verify data accuracy, provide analysis, and keep clients updated on campaign status.
    • Support the Associate Director in data acquisition or campaign insights for quarterly or annual business reviews.
    • Present practical ideas for future marketing expansion or optimization.
    • You'll stay current on industry trends and standard methodologies, focusing on how innovations and changes can help improve offerings to accounts.
    • Think creatively and develop tools and creative tactics to improve efficiencies.
    • Actively contribute to corporate initiatives, automation projects, process changes and roll-outs.
    • Create, or assist in creating, POVs, standard methodologies, and key process documentation.

    Qualifications

    • A minimum of 3 years of paid social campaign management experience. Prior agency/publisher experience desires.
    • Prior experience planning/buying across multiple platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
    • Strong leadership and managerial skills.
    • Client management skills to interact with stakeholders at multiple levels in the media activation/planning process.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills, and solutions-oriented.
    • Ability to work on multiple projects, demonstrating a mature ability to handle many things at once under pressure.
    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
    • Working knowledge of media buying tools (Prisma).
    • Solid knowledge of tracking and tagging methods, Excel (including pivot tables and macros).
