  • Overview

    Join North America Finance team to assist with reviews and oversight of the various financial reporting by office including monthly/quarterly actual results, annual budgets and preliminary and final forecasts submitted quarterly. Position will work closely with Senior Financial Analyst and Director FP&A


    • Assemble monthly North America regional SOX (Sarbanes Oxley) binder for management review and approval; preparing and printing financial close schedules, coordinate collection of reconciliations and required documentation from finance staff throughout N.A. region, sorting through reports, verifying balances and checking for completeness
    • Assist with communications relay to N.A. Finance staff including monthly deliverables reminder, exchange memo with monthly financial close reminders, financial reporting packages available, and new reporting requirements from parent company
    • Run monthly and quarterly regional financial reports, validate totals and follow up with offices for outstanding packs / missing reports; distribute summarized reports to management for review
    • Perform checks over office reporting submissions to identify and assess accounting and reporting issues, follow up on questionable items and request corrections
    • Provide support for periodic financial, internal, controls related audits
    • Set up, maintain and distribute annual financial reporting calendar
    • Proficiency with parent company’s group reporting systems (SAP BFC/Cartesis and linked Microsoft programs) to create and run regional sales, financial reports to support interdepartmental and interoffice requests
    • Assist with SAP BFC/Cartesis user maintenance: user forms to request changes/addition/deletions
    • Assist with year end reporting for parent company’s tax preparations
    • Participate in Ad Hoc projects as assigned.


    • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
    • At least 2 years working experience
    • Strong excel skills and knowledge of pivot tables/V-lookups, SAP BFC experience a plus
    • Detail oriented, ability to multi-task, take initiative and work within deadlines
    • Good time management, organizational and communication skills
