  • Overview

    The Growth Coordinator will be an important part to the Ogilvy account team and business development team. The Growth Coordinator will support the executive team with account growth, client strategy and both new and existing business activities.


    • Support new business outreach efforts
    • Provide first point of contact and initial brand experience for prospects and identifying client needs
    • Screen new business opportunities to ensure they are a good fit for the company’s teams and service offering
    • Maintain the integrity of the Effective brand experience in all correspondence
    • Partner with and support leadership, scoping and pitch teams during what are often accelerated timelines
    • Manage the library of case studies as well as modifying/creating new case studies
    • Manage documentation and presentation internal review and final production prior to delivery
    • Assist in conducting annual customer satisfaction survey and analysis
    • Support growth opportunities with existing clients or long-term client strategy planning


    Required Skills

    • Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in (new) business development
    • Strong verbal and written communication
    • High levels of organization and attention to detail
    • Excellent phone presence
    • Ability to provide strong levels of service to our clients
    • Proficient with word processing, presentation software (keynote, PowerPoint)

    Preferred Skills

    • Competencies in and understanding of project management
    • Professional or internship experience in an agency setting
    • Understanding of emerging technologies
    • Understanding of user experience design principles
