    Position Summary 

    Our Senior Program Associates partner with program leaders to deliver operational discipline, delivery excellence and speed to market for their client(s). Additionally, they work with Account Management leaders to learn the about their client’s competitive landscape and understand data/business results and their impact. Snr. Program Associates are very detail oriented and demonstrate strong commercial abilities and business and financial acumen. They are trusted to build relationships across all of Ogilvy’s vast resources and capabilities.



    Here’s what you’ll be doing to support the Agency and Client growth

    • Establishing relationships with junior clients
    • Being the day-to-day project contact with lower level clients, creative teams and other agency partners
    • Participate in face-to-face client meetings, engaging regularly with clients independently on tactical initiatives
    • Take responsibility for the consistent monitoring of active projects
    • Working integrally with all internal team members to facilitate the process of developing great work
    • Basic understanding of staffing and scoping requirements
    • Assistance with project management/workflow system data entry and reporting
    • Recognizing scope changes and elevating to Program Managers
    • Managing multiple smaller projects and supporting more senior PM’s on larger projects
    • Working alongside planning and account management leaders to produce simple creative briefs
    • Basic analyses and presentation of client’s business results and competitive landscapes to clients and agency team members
    • Understanding & respecting every department’s role within Ogilvy



    Here’s what you’ll bring to the table

    • Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in advertising, marketing, communications or journalism and/or coursework related to Pharmaceutical advertising is preferred, not required.
    • 2-4 years of pharmaceutical advertising experience (patient/consumer or HCP) managing “the making” or delivery of great work
    • Delivery of at least 2 programs from 2 different capabilities or disciplines
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Demonstrable passion for all aspects of the agency’s business
