  • Overview

    Seeking a rockstar Account Executive to join our client team. The team is currently focused on helping our client reposition their brand to appeal to a younger audience, while maintaining its strong older base. We will do this through 360 communications that will include traditional channels, digital channels, social media channels, and potentially local market activations and demonstrations. The goal of communications will be to reach the new audience in a distinct and engaging way to drive consideration. We will also create targeted, product-specific work to reach people in an organic and relevant way.


    Reporting to the Account Supervisor, we expect this Account Executive to have experience in 360 marketing, be detail-oriented, have a desire to consistently improve, be process-oriented, and have strong client communication skills. The ideal candidate would have some experience in Financial Services, but more important is a desire to work in the category and connect with consumers on things that matter to them the most (sending their kids to school, buying a home, saving for retirement).


    • Ability to develop accurate estimates and timelines by engaging appropriate discipline leads and asking detailed questions of clients to gain clarity around deliverables
    • Assist in developing simple creative briefs
    • Assist in campaign measurement and analytics
    • Write simple POV’s with supervision
    • Build expertise on competitive landscape and product differentiators
    • Establish core relationships with junior clients
    • Develop key creative, production, and strategy internal Ogilvy relationships
    • Evaluate creative work and provide consolidated feedback for revisions
    • Coordinate with other agency stakeholders
    • Know when to escalate potential problems to Account Supervisor
    • Able to adequately represent client interests to team
    • Effectively and proactively communicate to client issues that may result in scope and/or project plan changes
    • Responsible for weekly project status reports, both Client and Internal
    • Manage day to day operations including finance, talent residuals, and creative trafficking
    • Set up meetings, including the correct people, printing materials, and provide accurate agendas and precise, actionable meeting notes


    • 2 - 4 years Agency experience in client services or equivalent, with 360 project experience
    • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including creative, media, strategy, and analytics
    • Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint, and Keynote
