    This is a paid social planner role, requiring a blend of knowledge across media execution, performance marketing, and analytics. Planning, execution, and client management is at the core of what we do. We develop the strategies our client uses to communicate with its current and existing customers. Our planners are the tip of the spear when it comes to our work, they are integral to the work we do, the success we seek and the change we crave.    

     

    Responsibilities

    • Support paid social initiatives by compiling historical learnings, analytics insights, and industry trends
    • We'll have you supporting and improving paid media tactical planning and buying across all platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
    • Continually improve the social measurement planning and reporting process
    • Research emerging social platforms to support client recommendations
    • Set up media trackers, manage social buys, media tools (Prisma) and insertion orders, steward the billing process and actualize dollars on an ongoing basis
    • Assist team in identifying optimization opportunities and making media recommendations
    • Participate in campaign brainstorming sessions
    • Collaborate with the team and external partners to define data driven paid social initiatives
    • Stay ahead of the latest updates regarding tools, techniques, and methods related to social media

    Qualifications

      • 1+ year or more of practical experience running paid social campaigns.
      • An academic degree in a related field (such as Advertising, Marketing, Economics, Applied Math, Economics, Mathematics, Analytics, or Communications).
      • Maintain a strong familiarity, if not outright expertise, with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and macros
      • Familiarity with agile program management
      • Passion for data fidelity and a strong collaborative spirit
      • Solid knowledge of tracking and tagging methods
      • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
      • Enjoy working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
      • Most importantly, eager to learn, adaptable, and have a strong interest in the advertising/media industry.
