  • Overview

    We are looking for a bright Jr. HR Generalist with outstanding problem solving and communication skills to take on a variety of HR administrative duties with enthusiasm and initiative.

    You will be part of a close-knit HR team working across different functions such as recruiting, training, development, etc. This role is based out of our San Francisco office, and will provide remote support across the West region (Sac, SF, LA and Denver).

     

    Responsibilities

    • Lead the onboarding process for all news hires
    • Assist HR Manager with the off-boarding process for all employees
    • Assist in the recruitment of junior to mid-level positions
    • Coordinate phone and onsite- interviews, working directly with candidates and hiring managers on a day to day basis
    • Act as day to day contact for employee inquiries around HR policies
    • Coordinate with Benefits, Payroll and L&D teams in NY
    • Create and manage HR files and documentation with a focus on ensuring compliance and confidentiality
    • Work with HRIS to update and keep employee records accurate and up to date
    • Process employee actions in SAP and ARC
    • Maintain HR team's calendar (schedule meetings, interviews, HR events etc.)
    • Help facilitate office events
    • Assist in the roll out and management of Perk Programs and other employee initiatives

    Qualifications

    • 1-2 years of HR experience as a coordinator, with broad knowledge of Human Resources principles, best practices and general administrative duties.
    • Agency experience preferred
    • Experience with iCIMS a plus
    • Hands on experience in using MS Office, databases and HRIS systems 
    • Outstanding communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
    • Collaborative, calm under pressure with an optimistic perspective.
    • Exceptionally detail and solutions oriented solver
    • Eager to learn and remain knowledgeable on changes and developments in human resources
    • Training and certification in Human Resource a definite plus
