    Ogilvy is looking for an Associate Creative Director with an exceptional portfolio to join our award-winning creative team.     Responsibilities

    • Develop creative concepts for campaigns and promotional materials
    • Lead multiple projects from conception to completion
    • Own the creative work for assigned brands
    • Manage the creative development process as it relates to projects
    • Implement strategy and direction and provide art direction to projects
    • Ensure the quality and implementation of all work
    • Pitch ideas to clients and help develop client relationships
    • Develop and manage the junior team staff

    Qualifications

    • An excellent portfolio showcasing award-winning work.
    • BFA/BA in Graphic, Digital Media Design or related field (or significant equivalent experience).
    • A minimum of 8+ years industry expertise.
    • Strategic and conceptual mind.
    • A deep understanding of design principles.
    • Knowledge of Information Architecture (IA) and User Experience (UX) methods a plus.
    • The ability to define and document great user-centered experiences.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to keep up with current trends in technology, design, and communication.
    • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite—in particular Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
    • Experience supervising junior staff a plus.
