    The Human Resources department at Ogilvy is an integral part of the success of the agency’s business. As a department we hope to enable our employees, managers, and teams with the tools, resources, support, and guidance they need to complete the important task of making our clients brands matter.

     

    As an Associate HRIS Analyst, your work will directly impact the perception of human resources and therefore the success of our team. We are looking for someone who is a master at excel and understands the importance of confidentiality. This part-time role is based in NYC but will help support groups across all of our OUSA offices. 

    Responsibilities

    • Support employees for key events in the employee life cycle
    • Supports Adobe Interactive Forms from initiation to completion as well as any subsequent manual updates related to the forms
    • Process manual SAP transactions related to managerial changes
    • Liaison for HR Generalists, finance & employee inquiries for designated groups
    • Respond and troubleshoot employee issues in portal
    • Generates reports for HR Managers both scheduled and one-off requests with the use of Ad-hoc and other SAP reporting tools
    • Respond to questions regarding time off (ie sick, personal & vacation)
    • Submits E-Verify cases for the New York office and handles any necessary follow up steps
    • Rotates with existing HRIS Orientation team to provide weekly ESS/ARC training to new hires
    • Prepares quarterly, monthly & semi-monthly finance reports
    • Update & maintain global employee database (Profiler) for U.S. employees
    • Maintain HRIS mailbag
    • Uploading mass employee master data changes via data load tool
    • Assist in testing new configuration in test environments and submitting transport to Production
    • Performs all other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • 1+  years experience HR or IT or strong interest in a career in HR
    • SAP HR experience preferred
    • Advanced MS Office skills; highly proficient in Excel.
    • BS-Computer Science / Business / HR / or related field
