    We are currently seeking an Associate Account Executive to join our team.  In this role, you'll provide assistance and support to Account Executives and Account Supervisors on the team, while gaining experience and proficiency to advance toward an Account Executive.


    • Coordinates and supports client email deployments and site deployments
      • Act as an email operations Subject Matter Expert during project brief creation and review on email campaign projects
      • Collaborate with the Account Executive in a SME capacity to make sure email setup and deployment requirements are captured correctly
      • Set up emails for deployment
      • Perform quality assurance by conducting pre-launch testing on all email campaigns to ensure that the logic, design, copy and links are correct
      • Maintain awareness of email marketing trends/technologies/CAN-SPAM laws
    • Coordinates and supports client terms and conditions and landing page edits through Carnival’s content management system. No HTML experience necessary.
    • Coordinates the delivery of sold program work by liaising with other team members in Account Services, Creative Services, FED, QA and Campaign Ops
    • Drives efficient internal and client meetings by creating and distributing agendas in advance and meeting summaries afterwards
    • Independently creates and maintains project schedules for level 1 projects
    • Manages internal creative routes via PHQ
    • Effectively uses program management tools to move projects through the agency in accordance with established processes
    • Proactively seeks information to understand campaign objectives and client direction
    • Builds credibility and nurtures relationships with internal team members and client contacts with proactive communication


    • Bachelor’s degree in related field such as marketing
    • Minimum 1-2 years marketing experience, agency environment preferred
    • Minimum intermediate level PC skills required; Microsoft Office products preferred
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to function within a team-oriented environment; must be an assertive participant
    • Demonstrated ability to function independently, must be self-motivated
    • Excellent time management skills, as well as the ability to effectively establish priorities and manage multiple projects
    • Exercises good judgment and seeks guidance when outcomes are uncertain
    • Must possess a high level of stress tolerance/flexibility, and maintain a high energy level
