They help to create overall advertising, marketing and digital product development tactics that bridge web, mobile, email, and other digital media. They will partner with traditional marketing strategists to direct how brands are expressed through digital interactions.
The role demands a keen awareness of digital trends, a proficiency in user experience and journey design, a capability in information architecture, appreciate the importance of content planning and strategy. Strong understanding of digital channel usability and execution approach.
The Digital Strategist has a key role in proposing digital strategy to our agency clients, and will partner closely with the agency’s account servicing, creative and technical teams in that new business effort. This requires evaluating consumer and industry research, brand information, digital trends and relevant technical and user requirements in order to recommend digital solutions. Their strategy will guide digital implementation executed by multi-disciplinary teams of the agency.
