    Ogilvy is seeking a pop culture-savvy Director to lead talent and influencer marketing/strategy for a growing, exciting integrated consumer account.  Our new Director will be joining a team of 360 brand building professionals as the brains behind celebrity and influencer programming, entertainment partnerships and other creative ways to reach consumers through influencer marketing. Our Director must have superior relationship building skills and must also possess the ability to be a team leader. S/he will independently develop programs, oversee the development and delivery of high-quality, impactful (and fun!) consumer-facing initiatives. 


    • Craft full scale influencer campaigns from beginning to end, working cross functionally with Public Relations, Social and Advertising teams
    • Continuously research, pitch and secure talent for brand partnerships and activations
    • Establish and maintain relationships with key contacts within the influencer space while also ensuring that client/agency relationships exist on multiple levels and grow over time
    • Develop and manage projects and programs, including strategies, implementation plans, evaluation mechanisms, staffing plans, timelines and budgets
    • Analyze campaigns and use tools to determine and evaluate metrics
    • Work closely with Social and Creative team on strategy, direction and content for posts
    • Remain on the pulse of influencer marketing trends to ensure creative, maximum exposure.
    • Manage junior staff to ensure that work is delegated to the appropriate personnel within the team structure
    • Provide proactive leadership and education on influencer marketing to accounts, staff and clients
    • Lead growth of existing accounts and works with senior leaders to develop and direct new business program development and presentations. 



    • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in PR or social media influencer strategy; experience in driving talent partnerships a must.
    • Strong consumer-driven relationship building history with demonstrated success in securing effective influencers for large scale campaigns
    • Strong project management, counseling, programming, people management and business development skills 
    • Understanding of how to manage budgets for pieces of business or several projects within a large account
    • Experience managing people and teams, strengthening team dynamics and inspiring success.
